Artist Guild of Dickson County Elects New President

Every year, The Artist Guild of Dickson County holds elections for leadership roles - including president, vice president, treasurer, and secretary. At the most recent meeting, Reuben Smith was elected to serve as the president of the guild.

Smith moved into Dickson County in 2023, and has been an active member of the arts community ever since. Founder of the Dickson Drawing Club, Smith also regularly participates in Artist Council meetings, visits community organizations, and advocates for the advancement of the arts in Dickson, Tennessee. He was also a significant influence on the expansion of the main event for the Artist Guild: Artsy First Thursday, an art crawl in Dickson, Tennessee.
